The University of Oklahoma Foundation, Inc. ("the Foundation"), in its sole and absolute discretion, may modify the job description for this particular position at any time, based upon the Foundation's needs. In addition, the Foundation retains the sole and absolute discretion to require employees to perform functions beyond those mentioned herein. Further, in consideration of employment, the Foundation requires each employee to comply with the policies, rules, regulations, and procedures of the Foundation.
Employment with the Foundation is EMPLOYMENT-AT-WILL. Therefore, each employee of the Foundation is an at-will employee, unless different terms are agreed to in writing by the Foundation President. At-will employees have the right to terminate their employment without cause and without notice at any time and the Foundation also has the right to terminate their employment without cause and without notice at any time.
